From the very first email confirming our appointment, through to walking away with two custom made beautiful pieces of jewellery was one of the best customer service experiences we have ever encountered. Having worked in policing for over 25 years, I was equally impressed with the level of security to access the overall premises and subsequent identity checks to deal in Alan’s own suite. We were looked after by a very genuine Meir Newman who was the ultimate professional. At no stage did we experience any hard sell. Meir clearly explained the range of options and there was no time pressures applied. I particularly liked his discretion in sharing the final costing with me personally prior to writing up approval to proceed. Post sale and on returning to collect the beautiful items the same level of service was applied. The craftsmanship and beauty of the items were such that my wife’s emotion overflowed into tears of joy.
