Description
The Sarah pairs a striking oval cut lab-grown diamond centre stone with diamonds set to either side, claw-set to maximise the length of the oval across the finger while the side stones add extra brilliance and visual width to the setting.
An oval cut is the most elongating diamond shape available, stretching a stone’s visual size further than any other cut at the same carat weight — its narrow, boat-like silhouette means an oval consistently looks larger across the finger than a round, radiant, or cushion cut of identical carat weight. The side stones balance this out visually, framing the centre stone and giving the setting more width and presence than a plain solitaire would have.
At 4.09ct, graded D colour and VS2 clarity, this is a genuinely exceptional stone — D is the very top of the colour scale (completely colourless), and VS1 clarity means any inclusions are extremely difficult to detect even under magnification. As a lab-grown diamond, it’s chemically, physically, and optically identical to a natural diamond of the same grade, making a stone of this size and quality significantly more accessible than the natural-diamond equivalent.
