Lifetime Warranty against Manufacturing Faults

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. We guarantee to refund in full your purchase without any further questions assuming the item is returned in the same condition it was received in. This does not affect your rights.

For over 60 years, we are proud and privileged to say we manufacture our jewellery in our dedicated and skilled workshops based in the UK. All our jewellery is hallmarked by the London Assay Office to confirm the metal used is precisely what you have ordered.

Free Size Fitting Guarantee

We offer a free size adjustment on your ring purchase within 60 days of your purchase, as long as the ring was originally ordered in a ‘stock size’. This guarantee does not apply to bespoke made rings. It is left to the discretion of the sales team should they wish to offer a free adjustment outside of these conditions.

Diamond & Stone Certificate Guarantee

All our diamonds and stones are examined and tested to ensure they meet our exceptional high level of quality before they enter our infantry. We guarantee all the diamond and stones are independently examined by external laboratories to issue a certificate to confirm their quality, measurements, and specifications. Alan Bick uses only the most recognised laboratories in the world including GIA, GIE, EDR, HRD or IGI. If you wish to specify a certain type of certification for your purchase, please speak to our sales team directly with your requirements and we will quote accordingly.


Alan Bick offer a full refund within 60 days of delivery without any questions asked. The returns policy is restricted to any items which are of the following:

  1. Custom made as part of the bespoke service
  2. All items where the diamond is priced above £12,000 (sale price) excluding VAT
  3. All full eternity rings (with diamonds all the way around). If however, the items turn out to be faulty, damaged or not as specified on your order, Alan Bick will either rectify the problem or provide a full refund

Any refund of any orders will be completed only when the item is returned and received in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging, documentation and any certificates where applicable.

All returns are subject to confirmation and verification by the Alan Bick team.

For Health and Safety and Hygiene Purposes, earrings will not be considered for return for a refund.

Alan Bick will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any return orders. Alan Bick cannot be held liable for any loss or damage may be incurred as a result of your return, cancellation or late delivery.

All items carry a life-time guarantee against any faults in their manufacturing. This warranty does not apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Upon acceptance of delivery, the insurance and care of the goods becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and Alan Bick shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or damages that may occur.

If the item of jewellery has been interfered with or altered by you, a third party or another jewellery, the two-year warranty and the return policy will cease to apply, and the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.


The estimated delivery time will be specified when the order confirmed is issued. We strive to deliver the goods within the deadlines specified in the shipping confirmation.

Whilst every effort is made to avoid, unfortunately delays can occur due to unforeseen factors, especially with bespoke orders. Alan Bick accepts no liability for delays caused by slight neglect or failure to meet the customers deadline. Alan Bick will endeavour to offer a suitable solution if the order will miss its deadline.

The purchaser may choose to collect the ordered item(s) in one of our showrooms, or have the item delivered to their purchase address. The purchaser may need to show verification of identity such as passports, driver’s licenses, etc for the goods to be released.

With regards to delivery within the UK, Alan Bick hires Royal Mail special delivery service to hand deliver the order. For addresses outside the UK, FedEx or UPS is used.

The delivery address is specified by the purchase during the order process.

The goods are deemed to have been delivered when the delivery service delivers them to the delivery address the purchaser has provided. The signature of the delivery note is required when accepting any parcel

The goods are also deemed to have been delivered when you pick up the goods at the address provided by our delivery service on the delivery note.

The risk of loss and damage to the goods shall pass to the purchaser when the goods are handed over and signed for.

Alan Bick reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website. Alan Bick advise you visit these terms and conditions every time you visit the website to view any possible changes.
