Returns Policy

We offer you the most flexible returns policy to give you security and peace of mind as we know you will love our jewellery.

Alan Bick offer a full refund within 60 days of delivery without any questions asked. The returns policy is restricted to any items which are of the following:

  1. Custom made as part of the bespoke service
  2. All items where the diamond is priced above £12,000 (sale price) excluding VAT
  3. All full eternity rings (with diamonds all the way around). If however, the items turn out to be faulty, damaged or not as specified on your order, Alan Bick will either rectify the problem or provide a full refund

Any returns of any orders will be completed only when the item is returned and received in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging, documentation and any certificates where applicable.

All returns are subject to confirmation and verification by the Alan Bick team.

For Health and Safety and Hygiene Purposes, earrings will not be considered for return for a refund.

Alan Bick will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any return orders. Alan Bick cannot be held liable for any loss or damage may be incurred as a result of your return, cancellation or late delivery.

All items carry a two-year warranty guaranteed against any faults in their manufacturing. This warranty does not apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Upon acceptance of delivery, the insurance and care of the goods becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and Alan Bick shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or damages that may occur.

If the item of jewellery has been interfered with or altered by you, a third party or another jewellery, the two-year warranty and the return policy will cease to apply, and the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

Alan Bick reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website. Alan Bick advise you visit these terms and conditions every time you visit the website to view any possible changes.

Good old fashioned friendly customer service. Bought an eternity ring for my wife, whilst Meir helped with advice and options there was no hard pressure sale, they made sure the ring was ready in time for my wife’s birthday which was a tight turnaround .
