Your Appointment
Begin by scheduling a private appointment with our team, either in one of our showrooms or via a video consultation. From the moment you arrive, we want the experience to feel relaxed and personal, so you will be offered a beverage of your choice – whether that is a hot or cold drink, a glass of champagne, or a single malt whisky to enjoy during your appointment.
During the consultation, we will take the time to understand your vision for the piece, working closely within your budget and specifications. Together, we will explore every detail of the design, with the possibility of the inclusion of exceptional gemstones such as sapphires, emeralds, or rubies, ensuring the final creation is truly unique and personal to you and your story.
Design Concept
Once you have confirmed your design ideas, we work closely with our craftsman to create a visual concept of your piece. Our design team will produce a computer-aided design (CAD) 3D/4D render to visualize your proposed design.
If you wish to make any changes to your design, this is the perfect opportunity to discuss with our team before we move to the next stage. Our team will ensure all your questions are answered and you are completely satisfied to move to the next step.
Diamond/Gem Stone Selection
We will guide you through every option when selecting the centre stone, helping you choose the perfect balance of size, quality, colour and shape. Our team will explain the characteristics and beauty of each diamond or gemstone, ensuring you feel confident in every decision.
