Resizing an engagement ring typically takes approximately 4-5 days depending on our workshops workload and the complexity of the resizing.
Some factors that can influence the time include:
Size of the Change:
If the change in ring size is minor (like going up or down by one size or two), it might take less time, possibly even as little as a day or so. For a more significant resizing (like multiple sizes), it may take a bit longer.
Ring Design:
Rings with intricate designs, diamond shoulders etc, multiple stones or special features may require more care and time to resize, as our workshops must ensure the settings are not disturbed and the stones are secure.
Precious Stones:
Some of the more precious stone rings such as Green Emeralds and Opals may need longer to re-size and more care and consideration is needed by our workshops to ensure the stones stay in perfect condition throughout the service.
Workshops Schedule:
Depending on our workshops schedule, the lead time may be extended on how quickly they can complete the resizing.
