Most jewellers allow you a window of time to resize the engagement ring, and the exact duration can depend on each jewellers return or exchange policy.
Luckily for you, we are not just any jeweller.
We offer a complimentary free re-sizing of your engagement ring with no time-limit assuming the ring was ordered a stock size (UK size L, US size 5.5). Unless you know your partner’s correct finger size, we advise ordering the ring a stock size and we will measure your fiancee’s finger after your proposal and re-size your ring at no cost.
If the ring was initially ordered a larger size than our stock size, there may be a charge to re-size the ring especially if the ring has be remade.
To re-size the engagement ring will take 4-5 days to size to the perfect size. If we need to remake the ring, this may take between 1-2 weeks.
It’s always best to resize the engagement ring sooner rather than later to ensure the perfect fit, especially as no-one will appreciate a lost engagement ring due to it falling off.
