At its centre sits a 1.53ct oval cut lab-grown diamond measuring 9.74mm x 6.64mm — a stone with a commanding, generous presence on the finger. The oval cut is one of the most beloved shapes in modern bridal jewellery, cherished for its elongating effect and the exceptional brilliance its faceting delivers. At this size, it makes an immediate and lasting impression.
D colour is the highest grade on the international diamond colour scale — completely colourless, with the maximum possible light transmission. VVS2 clarity — Very Very Slightly Included — is one of the finest clarity grades achievable, with inclusions so minute they are invisible even under 10x magnification. Together, D VVS2 represents a specification at the very top of what is available in any diamond, natural or lab-grown, and one that in a natural stone of this size would command a dramatically higher price.
What makes the Lea design uniquely special is its hidden halo: a ring of 0.05ct round brilliant cut diamonds microset with precision beneath the oval centre stone, around the gallery of the ring. Invisible from above — the ring reads as a clean, elegant solitaire — but revealed in profile as a breathtaking ring of light that amplifies the centre stone’s brilliance and creates a glow that is spectacular in person. Set entirely in platinum — stamped 950, hallmarked, weighing a satisfying 4.94 grams — the Lea carries the permanence and prestige that only platinum can deliver.
