Typically, it can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks for the full process, from selecting the diamond to creating the finished ring. However, as we custom make all our designs within our workshops in Hatton Garden London, we have the ability to create your ring within a tighter deadline if requested.
Here’s a breakdown of our process:
1. Consultation and Design: Meet and discuss with our team to discuss your preferences, style, and any custom elements you want for your ring.
2. Diamond Selection: If you haven’t already chosen a stone, this could take a few days to source your perfect diamond. We offer a wide selection of high-quality diamonds stocking most diamond shapes and sizes in our vast infantry.
3. If your ring is a bespoke creation, it will take about a week for our designers to create your vision. We will share with you the CAD (computer aided design) images for you to view (change if needed) and approve.
4. Ring Creation: After the design and diamond are finalized, it typically takes 10 days to craft your ring, including any custom design work and setting.
5. Final Polish and Quality Check: After the ring is made, it will undergo a quality check with your valuation and paperwork prepared whilst your ring has its final high-quality polish.

Once your ring is completed, you can arrange to collect from our showrooms on arrange for the item to be delivered to you by next day delivery, insured and guaranteed to arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery anywhere in the UK.
