All work will be completed in our Hatton Garden London workshops by our skilled craftsman ensuring the highest level of workmanship is used on your precious piece.
Once your item is inspected by our team, we will contact you to discuss the process and expected timescale. Timescales given below are approximate and will vary with each particular piece.

When sending your item to us, please ensure your piece is well protected and sent in a secure box/envelope sent together with this completed form with your contact details.
Please do not send any original paperwork with your item. A copy will be sufficient.
Please send your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed and insured to arrive next day to us. We will contact you as soon as your item has been received by our team.
We can arrange for a stamped address envelope to be sent to you if you wish. Please contact our team to arrange. The cost is £10.
We can ship your item anywhere in the UK or across the world. For items which need to be posted outside the UK, please contact us to discuss the options available.
